We will manage and support networks through proactive scheduled maintenance, whether it is on-site or done remotely, so our clients’ network, servers, computers and infrastructure are running optimally. Removal. It is this simple. · We have full time and part time workforce, from diverse ICT related areas of specialization, highly trained, highly mobile, at our head office ready to attend to any of our clients at anytime. Our team can serve you on either of the following two different ways: 1. Onsite proactive schedule. Our technicians report at your premises on particular days to assist in day-to-day IT-related work. We call this a proactive schedule. Also In the event of an emergency, our policy will be to have an engineer onsite within shortest time convenient. On a regularly recurring schedule, we’ll test all core system functionality, including backups and antivirus software, as well as update clients’ computer systems with the most recent critical updates. In addition, we’ll maintain an onsite copy of your network documentation and ensure it contains updated and current documentation. 2. Specified period basis. In this case we only come to perform a few services such as preventive maintenance, network expansion among others, on a specified period basis (e.g. quarterly or monthly as agreed). But we can also come on request. · You choose the services or let us investigate your firm to identify areas that we can come in, advice you accordingly, cost it and make an agreement. · Rates for contracts are negotiated dependent on the size and needs of the organization. We can charge an organization by placing a flat rate per computer per month or just sign monthly contract whereby an organization pays some token per month but also pays something extra for IT services or Products delivered. Costing will be based on the following factors: 1. Number of computers and Accessories 2. The geographical locations and size of your business network 3. Type of systems (Hardware and Software) in use. 4. Presence or size of your ICT workforce. · On training: we will provide tailored training for organizations in the areas relevant to their IT needs or as requested.
